    Idk i'm a bit disappointed in jackson using polar on all the new stuff...... when other companies are using alder and ash for bases at Basically the same price-point.

    Downsides
    • seems to be purely active; no passive 'fall back'
    • 21 frets rather than 24 frets
    • heavy?? (I'm trying to get a handle on how much these weigh from Jackson)
