Double Bass NS Designs EU Strings

Hello. Please excuse me if this has been covered. I searched but couldn't find it. I am very happy with my NXT 5 Low B. The B E and A strings really blow me away. However the D and G strings seem to fizzle out a bit. I can't EQ in as much "Boom." I'd like to change just the D and G strings with something that would give a compatible timbre. Does anyone have any experience with this matter with their NS Designs EUB? Thank you.

All I know is they are metal. Flatwounds. I bought a factory B Stock from NS Designs mid 2017. Thank you.

Get the traditionals for the DG and you're set.
