NV412 transportation question

Hi.

I'm on the verge of buying an NV412. But I have one question.

I need to know if it would be a problem to transport it with the speakers facing up or down. Preferably down.
Usually I always transport my cabs in playing position, but the NV cab won't fit in my trunk like that.

Well I mailed Jim Bergantino who responded in about 5 minutes. Very nice service!! He said I could place it the way it fit me best. No problems at all.
