Octave Down Voting

I like the Factotum but the only others I've tried on your list are the 2 MXR & the EH Synth.
I'd pick the Factotum but they aren't all that similar.
Aguilar also has a nice octave pedal that I owned for awhile and I've never owned own but known many who have, the EBS Octabass is well received.

Red Witch Factotum
3 Leaf Octabvre

I considered a bunch of pedals a few months back, but ultimately decided I don't need an octave pedal so I couldn't justify the money. But I have narrowed it down to these two if I ever buy one.

Edit: actually what I'd really like is a pedal that has 2 sections: octave up and octave down, wired in SERIES so with both of them on you'd still get the same note but it would sound synthy and processed.

I've tried a bunch, and my list comes down to two pedals considering I've not found a digtal octave pedal that I liked. That only leaves two analog pedals for me:

MXR Bass Octave Deluxe
3Leaf Ocatbvre

The 3Leaf was simply the best sounding octave I've ever tried, but the MXR has been the best tracking, for an analog circuit, octave pedal I've ever tried. Ultimately I decided that the better tracking on the MXR won out over the slightly better sounding 3Leaf pedal. I sold the 3Leaf, kept the MXR and have been happy ever since. It should be mentioned that my octave needs are almost completely relegated to needing/wanting that sort of Tony Levin sound on Peter Gabriel's "Sledgehammer" and little else.
