That's a shame, i think i could have lived with that if i had an ironclad warranty and perhaps some kind of discount.

Yeah, at this point, I just wanna refund for a bunch of reasons, but I really did like the instrument and plan on giving them another chance next year. I don’t think there’s any type of warranty and no discount was offered but Micah was willing to swap the neck out for me, which I appreciated. Presuming the return and refund runs smooth. I will give them another chance.
