Offical B.C. Rich Club!

Awesome! Did you ever play it? It’s pristine! I’m told it’s an ‘83. Does that sound right?
Yeah I played it, I bought it from my friend John in Boston who got it from a mutual friend Stevie in Minnesota. I didn't sell it to the guy you got it from but I did sell him 2 other BCRs

I don't remember what the serial starts w hence what year it is

I have this one in the classifieds, original finish, near mint, it's maple neck / koa wings under the paint

If anyone is interested, there's an 80's Warlock posted in the Seattle/Tacoma area. Not mine, so I know nothing about it, just sharing the listing -

I love Warlocks, but I don't need another one. Nor do I have the money for it right now.
just an 80s NJ, it would have only had he P originally. Has a badass 2 added as well
Not a terrible price and probably a great player

Yeah, I remember owning three of those 80s NJ Warlocks back in......the 80s! :roflmao:
None of them had all those pickups, just a single P. I had one in neon purple, one in neon blue and one in white. Along with my Ibanez Destroyer, they were my gigging basses.
Part of me wanted to buy this one and swirl paint it, because (to me) that yellow is hideous. Plus, talk about tonal options! :D
I just don't have a spare $600 laying around for that tho. I've already got 5 swirl paint projects and one crackle paint project waiting on me to actually DO them. And I know that I'd never want to sell it once it was refinished, so that's not a good idea either. :roflmao:

Ah, my favourites. I have a few left in storage in the states, namely my twin lucite green mockingbird (guitar and bass) and a late 70s Bich bass that i had chromed!

But the craziest one i sold a few years ago. I ordered a cutom shop bich 6 string with beast headstock. How i wish i had ordered a 4 string. I just never took to the 6.
Only one pic of it i have left hanging on thr wall behind me there.

Pic was edited a long time ago. Probably to post here!

You can also see the lucite mockingbird headstock there in the rack

Bought this off a friend, 1984 USA.
It was in rough shape, was stripped to bare wood (mahogany but appeared to have originally been black) , bridge was recessed although I'm uncertain why, electronics non functional etcetera.
My friend sent it to Lee Garver at GMW guitarworks. Recess was filled with mahogany, electronics repaired and painted in a color shifting blue pearl that changes from almost white to blue, green and even a hint of pink.

I think when it was stripped the neck received some extra sanding as most of my BCRs are around .83ish at the first fret this one is .79

Plays and sounds fantastic with low action
Love it!
