It's all going to come down to performance.Man, that AG500 is tempting. I sold my AG700 a while back, and kind of regret it. I've always commented on Aguilar's social media posts that they need aux in and headphone controls for their amps, so this is a nice step forward.
Also, those control knobs are way cooler than the old ones.
I don't know if its better than the Aggy as I have only played one once at NAMM years ago. But I like my Mesa amp just the same.
