Ampeg cabinets and a MarkBass head...I bet that sounds incredible!
SVT 810 from '96. Looks like it's from the stone age. I'll add pics tomorrow or Thursday when I put in my Jensen Mod10-50's. It's a franken-cab.
I bought it for 80 bucks. The only remnants of tolex were on top and by the speakers. Each and every one had a tear, hole, or worse. One of the "good ones" had lost its magnet altogether!
I repaired four of the speakers with patches and rubber cement. These were "the good ones" and "a questionable one." They'll probably last a couple months. I missed UPS today so I can't drop in the 4 Mod10-50's that'll make the top half of this cab.
I can deal with no number until pics.

wished i hadnt half way thru set as i had to climb over about a foot of crap to get to my drink!

I got this amp for $550 from a guy that said it had issues... did a retube with JJ's and vintage Mullards and this baby sounds better than ANY amp I have ever played before.
Possibly one of Ampegs least favorite amps and it seems it's everyones "whipping dog" but I absolutely LOVE it!

Nobody who's smart whips on the 2 Pro. I prefer the non-master SVT's, but used many a CL and 2 Pro and wouldn't kick any of them out of bed for eating crackers.
Is "Founder" a number?
Also, feel free to correct me if I get a number wrong or I forget to add you. Keep them Ampegs coming guys!
hey guys just have a quick question to ask all you ampeg gurus. a local music store by me has an ampeg v4b 2x15 cab for sale and ive noticed its been sitting there for awhile. i have a 70's svt flat back and was looking into the 2x15 cab. would you guys recommend it? im using an svtcl head. how does it sound? and how much would you pay for it? its in really good shape
