so my '96 ATK305 was stolen from my car a few weeks ago...much to my chagrin. so i thought about pulling out of the club. and then i bought another one from wyleeboxer! actually i think this one is a '95.

in any case, i'm super happy to have an ATK305 in my hands again. I never found a bass I liked more! I'm gonna rock out and break it in tonight.

so i'm back in the club that i never left!

oh and if anyone ever finds a super shady dude with an orange '96 ATK305 with the serial numbers C6xx9204 just punch them in the face and let me know where you found it. :ninja:

If it makes it over here in due to some sort of trans-Atlantic stolen bass cartel I'll sort em out for you! ;)

I know I'd be well upset if mine went missing, haven't seen another '90s one in the UK for a very long time, plus I'd have to spend even more getting another Bassculture.de pickup, which Mr Dolf takes his sweet time making - for a very good reason though.

Well finally i found you guys ;)

first the business part:

I got it just a few months ago. I tested it at my local music dealer and was amazed how nice this little thing can growl... so since i got it my warwick corvette 5 string is just my back-up bass ;)

As you cann see it´s a 300 so i changed the string settings to BEAD with nicely growling LaBella HRS Strings... to make the sound perfect (to me) i play the ATK with a sansamp bass driver....

now i´m thinking of changing the pickguard into a black one... maybe doing it the custom style... we´ll see... i let you know when it´s finished ;)

If it is new, send it back for a replacement. If it is used, it may only be cosmetic, so just play it!:bassist:

Check to see if it looks like the fret is raised higher than the other ones, that would effect the playability!:eyebrow:

As indicated previously, move the switch to the "ATK" setting - back towards the bridge end fully - THIS is the most Stingray that bass will ever sound stock.
