Weird angle. A pair of OneTen. Smallish BBQ, carried fine with this setup. Wasn't sure if an Extra Hard E was sounding really good or farting out.
Just wanted to chime in and say how amazing a Pbass/Quilter BB800/Barefaced 10s combo is. Just fabulous!
Very easy to push speakers a bit too hard when playing outdoors with no wall/backdrop behind the cab to reflect sound forward ime. Had a similar experience last year and problem totally disappeared when I moved the rig in front of a small wall.
Question for those who have recently purchased a barefaced cab:

Hmm, been a week and haven't received a shipping notice yet. Looking at the production flowchart it should ship out no later than the end of the week.
Anyone have a cover for a Two10 they want to part with? My recently acquired cab came with a carrying bag. It does the job, but I'd like to have the fitted BF version (without paying retail, hopefully).
I received the SM yesterday and gigged it last night. I was performing with a jazz trio in a small hotel conference room. The results were wonderful and I was getting the "my bass only louder" vibe for sure. My setup was AI Clarus, Shure Beta 98, and the SM. For louder gigs I will add a pickup and report back.
If you use a speaker pole mount or an angled back speaker stand it's even better!
The main reason I bought my Two10 was so that I had a portable cab to bring to rehearsals - primarily my 70s/80s rock cover band. We took a couple months off because we had to fire our drummer and started auditions last night. I'm still amazed at how much sound that little cab can put out. Ran my Quilter BB800 at 10 o'clock, fed with a Darkglass VMT into a B7KU (with drive off), and it was right in the mix and audible all night. Both the cab and amp were barely breaking a sweat.

And I sold my SM today cause I realize that I gravitate to the tone of BF 10" speakers. My One10 does it for me, so I'll probably buy Two10 a bit later for the larger gigs.
