Been keeping my eye out for the bass flange. I hear nothing but good things, and it would be much smaller than my current flanger.

I enjoyed it, I ended up getting an EQD Pyramids when my DOD went but I don't regret the time I had with it. The DOD always seemed to have a little bit of a volume boost to me, but not an unusable one.
It came today!
Tested for functionality, and about ten minutes of play around time, but we got some stuff to catch up on around the house today, but I'm off work for the next three days and I suspect this fun little device will end up with velcro. As promised here is my 50% DOD board, sorry my basement has bad lighting, hard to get a good looking picture of gear in there.

Do your happen to know the difference between the Grunge and Bass Grunge? The Bass Grunge is pretty pricey, but the standard is ubiquitous. If it’s a simple difference, I’d be interested in modding one.
I don't. I'd also like to have a Bass Grunge.
Maybe we can find gut shots or a parts list for them. Then, we could compare them.

I can do the physical act of a simple mod, NOT the figuring it out part!
If we can figure out what/where the bass cut is in the Grunge pedal, we should be able to make it into a beast of a bass distortion pedal.
I seem to recall cutting out/removing the C26 capacitor makes the Grunge less noisy and better sounding.
I also have a Boss Metal Zone that I want to mod.
I love my DOD Boneshaker for bass. It seems to be better suited for baritone guitar and bass, than for regular guitar.
That's another dirt pedal you could get for bass distortion, and it has a parametric EQ.

Had one briefly, never seemed to bond with it. Thought about getting another, though. My dirt needs are sated, technically speaking, but that’s never stopped me before.
I highly recommend the Gunslinger on bass. It can get pretty similar to my Dunwich ODB’s settings, but for a fraction of the price.
The Bass Grunge has a dry blend, the regular Grunge doesn't.
I had thought the regular had a blend of sorts too. Guess not. Is it missing a feature, then? They both have 4 knobs, unless I’m mistaken. Seems like it may be a large mod to do, if a blend etc. is necessary.
The bass grunge is a dope pedal. I really miss mine but I think I sold it for 10x’s what I bought it for.
Sounds right. They’re crazy expensive when I see them. Nearly bought one local a while ago, but was strapped at the moment and had my dirt NEEDS (never my dirt WANTS!) covered, so I couldn’t justify it.
Really fantastic. You will find a lot of love for this pedal. If you need a boost you can’t go wrong.
There is only one opinion on the BiFET Boost - get one! Fantastic little boost pedal, you won’t regret it.

My favorite pedal right now (older one), "TONE" knob is extremely useful in many situations
