Hi. Trying to become a member, the only quick picture I could find was from a gig this past summer...Do I get extra cool points because it shows my band jamming with Dee Snider? LOL
One of the coolest rigs on TB. Nice!Just got back from GC and I got a killer deal on a NY604!
I added it to my MiniMark that I got earlier this year.
Sounds a lot more full now. I really like it!

For about two years now, I've been using an SD800 with my Schroeder Mini12+, 1210R and 410L (newest version) with great results. On my most recent gig, at a large venue, I put a recently acquired SABDDI between my Ken Smith 5MW and the MB with the 410L under and let 'er rip! The MB/410L combo has been a powerhouse winner for a few month and the light head and 56# cab make load-in/out a breeze. Playing with a GREAT drummer, Rob Labig, for only the second time and backing Jason Runnels with Emily Erkens and George King was certainly a treat for me. Boomers Nightclub, in Grand Junction, CO hosts many of the local groups as well as touring bands and is a great showcase for live music and Friday evening was no exception (sorry for the shameless commercial plug).
I needed a DI for a recording session and picked up the SABDDI to serve two functions; live tone enhancing and recording. The recording is fine but I'm not sold on the "live" tonal advantage yet. On stage, with the DI set on the "Fat Tube" "or SVT", I only heard an increase in upper-mids and highs. There is room for some trial-and-error so I'll give it a few more tries. I know that these units are on many stages with good players so I'll be patient and experiment a bit. I've never used any effects so I'll use this as a learning experient!

I have the LMII with a Schroeder 1215L. It geives a very deep warm puchy mid focused tone. Great for funk/rock/r&b imo. And very loud!
Well, here's the thing... schroeders are great for cutting thru a dense mix with their aggressive low-mid bump so IMO a 15L would not be "ideal" for reggae as you'll have troubles getting that low-end bloom. Definitely a 'try before you buy' kinda situation.
Just wanted to mention my experience with my gigs from this past weekend. I recently recieved a Genz Benz Shuttle Max 6 and man that thing has features out the wazoo. I brought the max 6 to the gig friday night, then I brought my LMII the following nite.
For all the simplicity of the LMII its shining 'best' characteristic is the tone. Of the two amps I definitely heard what I preferred in the LMII. That says alot since I am still in the honeymoon stage with the max 6 and I have had the 'old lady' for about 2 or 3 years.
Looks like the shuttle max 6 and I may be getting an anulment.
