I did state that the White Nylons were quite lighter in gauge, in the video, and thats what the paper is for, to compensate for the lighter gauge and raise the string a bit without having to shim the saddle, the bass did get the original strings back on it after the demo was recorded.I particularly like the bit of folded paper on the saddle. The string noise sounds like bad technique.
If you can listen to the file with a subwoofer,it tends to go away.
But still...Maybe the piezo is too sensitive.
