Yeah, I think that's what it's called. There's a couple there close to each other. I bought a Babicz 6 string acoustic guitar there for right around $500. They usually go for over $1,000. It was brand new and sounded awesome. The only reason he sold it at that price was because it was sitting on the wall for like 4 months and no one bought it. Everyone wanted the Martins or Taylors but these are just as good if not better than those. They even hooked me up with a new set of Elixirs for it and gave me an upgraded case. The guy liked the way I played and was asking me if I play in the area so he could catch a gig to watch me. I thought that was pretty cool.
You are one heck of a player, and a super nice guy. Which is a good thing, seeing as how you can crush skulls and all with those big bear paws of yours! 
I appreciate the compliments too. Although I've never actually crushed a human skull, I have put my fingers through a honey dew. I didn't crush it but I put holes in it, true story.
