OK... recommend me some KISS tunes (cower)

Here's the situation: cover band with a set list that focuses on 90s - present, but we want to have a couple of sets of classic rock for gigs with older crowds. Power-trio plus chick singer. Guitarist is a big KISS fan from back in the day and wants to include a tune or two from them, and from a business perspective, that seems to make sense to me - they were hugely popular and still get in the news, so it ought to go over. The thing is, I was a little too young for the KISS bandwagon and never listened to them, don't know any of their songs except "Rock and Roll All Night" and that's already been ruled out. The guitarist will mention various tunes and I don't know any of them and have no idea if they're any good or would go over.

So, anyone out there who has some KISS in your setlist - what works?

Not my favorite Kiss tune but even people who don't know kiss know and like kiss ' s attempt at disco (oddly in a post disco era)

My favorite: Dr. Love... not exactly appropriate lyrically for a female lead though

I should mention, the female lead in question sings Buckcherry's "Crazy B****" without batting an eyelash. I wouldn't automatically assume anything was out of bounds.

Well, all the good 'uns have been taken, but not...

...would be good if you don't have any/too many ballads. Since it's a female singer you could change "Beth" to "Bart"...

+ 1 for female singer belting out "I Was Made For Loving You", harmonies for the back-up singers, the root-5 disco bass line, anthemic chorus would be a good crowd sing along...

Or add something more recent...

Ultimately, hit youtube and watch/listen to the suggestions already made and decide for yourself which songs might fit in with the rest of your band's sound/set list.

Maybe I should try reading the whole post. I kind of missed that little detail haha. Shock Me, Strange Ways, I Still Love You. I am an unashamed Kiss fan. I don't mind admitting that I love that schlocky caveman band.
