Ok the wife is really cool but... lol i just made a post about my Pawnshop find with the Sr805..Well.. I am a big Ibanez fan and have been since my first SR in 92.. So I am always on the look for cool ones especially from that time period.. Long story short I was just browsing the used basses at Guitarcenter online and ran across a SB1200 ibanez .. $300 later it is on the way.. I know this bass was only made for one or two yearso and I have wanted one since 92!!!! My wife is gonna kill me. hahahaha So another great deal.. Guess I better watch for the sky to fall..

and her face started to get angry...

"...$170!"

Then she smiled and laughed. Plus I traded in a beater, so it costs even less really.

She knows about the guys on TB that buy a $4000 bass without discussing it with their partners

Yeah only issue is I just bout a 5string less than 2 weeks ago at 300.. hehe Maybe I will just keep it at the band room for awhile.. lol

My wife does not know yet that I bought Fender MIA 5 string jazz that is on my avatar on this forum. I love his bass so much. Wonder how long I can keep it from here. She does not go to my music room and it looks a little similar to my other bass.

I got a Tony Franklin fretless P/J bass on layaway right now and I'm wondering how I am going to be able to sneak it in when I receive it. They all look the same to her though so it shouldn't be too difficult. I will tell her eventually.
