Hiya, fairly new here, but would be interested in seeing other okie bassists. I'm a transplanted Tulsan, originally from OKC, sounds like a bit of fun for the whole family,...well,.. except for the guitar guys anyway,...and we all know they don't count! :D

I'm still up for it. Somebody gonna step up and be in charge?
I won't take charge, but I have time to herd the cats if someone in OKC can't do it.
How many are we looking at?
What do we plan to do, I look at it as networking, so we don't really have to play.
How long are we looking at, I may have to split for a gig. I've got a hand that will set me up, and if we are playing in Chickasha that weekend it would be a piece if cake. I would be free till 8:00 or so. Lawton and I'd have to leave around 7ish.

I'm single and in a 3 bedroom house. Heck we could do it here if people are up for the drive. I know gas is a consideration right now.

From the votes I'm going to assume we have 21 interested players. If 80% of those show up that's 17.01 people. Since I don't know any .01 persons lets assume .01 is a whole person and call it 18.

What do people expect to do at the GTG?
Do we need food?
Do we need a special guest or presentation?
Would everyone like a chance to show thier stuff? If so how much time per person?
Should we have an agenda or keep it loose?
Any other questions we need to ask?
If it goes well and no damage or theft at our location we could do this on a regular basis.
My boss gets back next week and I expect he'll have an answer for me.
