Ok, I've missed 2 pages of this, I gather it's in the City, where? May 5 th? I'll check my work schedule or see if I can swap with someone.

Do we know if that club is available to rent out on May 5th? Since that date is cinco de mayo, it might be already booked.
I haven't checked yet... I was hoping to get more response.

I'm still in, sounds like fun, last month I went to an Alembic Bass GTG in Dallas, a room full of bass players, can't get any better !!!!

Lets get the ball rolling on this since we have less than a month till may 5th.
I will be in attendance. I am willing to pitch in $20 or so bucks to rent an establishment. I'll also bring my basses (warwick, el'cheapo semi-modded jazz, and possibly my upright) as well as my rig (thunderfunk 550, EA nl-210/cxl-112, Crown MA 2402).

Awesome... I still need to round up the troops, We need to get DCR in on this if he is not in the boat already he lives in Ark-Kansas, he has a lot of great gear, any anyone else we know from Ark. too we could PM or try to get on board.

I have (today) called the lady in charge of the Round Up club to see if it is available on May 5th. I should hear back from her this evening sometime. After I know for sure I will post it here, and also start a new thread.

Well, the "Round Up CLub" is already booked on May 5th, aparently it has been for months.
They said the next Saturday they had avialable was the 26th of May, and then in June.

Well I have two gigs on May 26th so that kills my ability to participate on that date. Other than the first week of June, I think that I can attend during the day on Saturday.
