Hi there
As you may have guessed from the title, I am looking to achieve the kind of tone Nick Oliveri had achieved in Rated R/Songs for the Deaf, using a Quarter Pounder Equipped P Bass, some Elixir Stainless Steels (Had flats originally but didn't get on with them), and the Ampeg SVX Pack on Amplitube. I know he used Quarter Pounder equipped P basses with rounds and cranked to **** Ampegs but I cannot seem to find the right tone settings or gain settings for the job with the current setup.
Any tips amongs you all??
