OLP MM replacement pickup

Not an OLP, but I dropped a ceramic/steel SMB-5D in my Warwick and ran the 2 coils parallel w/a blend knob and I'm very impressed w/the sound of it in both passive and active mode on the preamp.

I decided to go C/S and NOT AlNiCo since I wanted that P-Nut presence in my sound and the pre I chose was more than flexible enough for the tonal variations I need.

Depends on what sound you want. If you want to stay close the the MM sound, the Dunkins are the way to go. I personally like the Bart MMC, little less punch but a wider freq spectrum. It really depends on what you want to use the bass for.
