My Qtron+ buckles under the weight of my NS-2H5's B, but that may be an issue with the output of the bass being too much for the pedal.

This would actually work, I've done it with other pedals before. Put the splitter on the input of the POG2 and hey presto you have a dry output. If you're thinking "hey that wouldn't work because it would be sending 2 inputs into the pedal!" then you need to realise that these splitters are not directional. You could put a splitter on the POG2 input or a spliiter on the output of the previous pedal - it makes no difference. The dry signal is still split before it hits the POG2 circuitry.
Many pedals that have a dry output just wire the dry out jack directly to the input jack, which would be no different than using the splitter shown above. This works fine as long as the input impedance of the pedal is roughly the same as whatever is connected to the dry output. Other pedals do it properly by having a separately buffered output to get around impedance mismatching issues.
oh well. start designing and marketing one of your own!

sure, but from the point when we saw the pictures, it was pretty clear it had little to do with the bassballs.
bassballs isn't flexible AT ALL. QBalls appears to be quite flexible
my point was that there isn't much demand for a feature-filled formant filter stompbox. maybe you can find something of the sort in the synth component world?
