Look's like it. It kinda sounds like a mix between the bassballs and the qtron, but leaning way over to the qtron side. It doesn't have that vowel sound like the bassballs. I wonder if you could tweak knobs until you got close though.

bassballs doesn't combine too well with other effects in my experience, but go for it!
The Qballs sounds a lot like the Syle Green Filter. And to a lesser extent, the Prunes&Custard with the gain all the way up. Looks cool, but not too interested.
Ok here is the deal. I love(hate) Electro Harmonix. They want sooooo much of my money. But I obviously can't go out and buy all of there stuff....right? gulp right?
Finally got a chance to check out that video and hmm... not quite what I was expecting. Very cool, but not quite what I was thinking. I definitely want to hear it without the distortion. It sounds good, but it wouldn't be my primary use.
I think the 3Leaf is still higher on my G.A.S. list, but the Enigma has been added for sure... it just might be a "rainy day" pedal for me.

Yes. I was trying to remember what filter it sounded similar to and it's the Green Filter. Both are super gurgly, at least from the only Enigma clip currently available. Not my kind of filter sound, but to each his own.
It sounds better as a modulation effect after other effects than it does as a filter on its own, IMO.
