Look's like it. It kinda sounds like a mix between the bassballs and the qtron, but leaning way over to the qtron side. It doesn't have that vowel sound like the bassballs. I wonder if you could tweak knobs until you got close though.

Wow, I dug that a lot more than I thought I would.
The Qballs sounds a lot like the Syle Green Filter. And to a lesser extent, the Prunes&Custard with the gain all the way up. Looks cool, but not too interested.
Come to the International GTG this August!
bassballs doesn't combine too well with other effects in my experience, but go for it!
It sounds better as a modulation effect after other effects than it does as a filter on its own, IMO.
