Oh dear, I went and did it. I tried to get my hands on a TT 800 for some time now, even went so far as to looking into buying one in the US, but thanks to everyone's advice I remained patient until one became available in the UK. And it did, three hours ago, the day after my birthday. Used, but in great condition from the pictures. I'll report back when it arrives, but I'm VERY Excited!
