One knob... I like it.

Not my picture, but this was the first amp I ever had. :) Ran into a Fender 1x15.

Well, since you asked....

I went the other way. I finally found "my amp" when I went with MORE knobs. The best part? It's actually quite simple. Sure, it has lots of options. But, once I got it dialed in (which really didn't take very long) I was all set. Never going back.

That was my scenario in the OP...

the head was already dialed in, internally...

one knob left.

Maybe there's a common setting that everyone can share where it can be done commercially...

or maybe one can custom order those setting...

I'm trying not to make this too complicated. :cigar:
