One Screw Tug Bar

They were known to do that. But the advantage was you could adjust it to your liking on the fly. Can't do that with 2 screws.
I mean, I’m trying to come up with an easier DIY project, and I can’t think of a thing.
I've seen some early P basses with a circle etched into the pickguard from these tugbars doing a wheel of fortune.
Why don't you go to a hardware store and buy a few dowels. Flatten one side, drill a hole, and screw it on. Sell the remaining dowels, with one side flattened and a hole drilled in them to recoup your loses.
Because I lack the tools and time to do so. Why don't you just make one for me if that's the case?
I'm sure they're out there. Do some Internet searching, and when you install it put one dot of super glue at one end of the tug bar. No movement, no problem.
The simplest way to keep it from spinning is to put a little rectangle of double-stick tape on the bottom. No harm to the pickguard, and you can play around to find the right angle.
I agree that this is a really simple part to make. I could make it in the same time than it took me to write this post. But it isn't worth my trouble to transact the job.

I found two hole tug bars on Allparts, went on Warmouth and gave up, navigating their site is like open heart surgery
