Online Drum Machines

I found a site by Hammerhead that offers a free drum machine program. I really just want this for practice purposes and having a little fun.

Is anyone familiar with this site? Can anyone recommend another site that is FREE?

I found it through Google using the thread "Free Drum Machines".

I used hammerhead for a while, but someone posted Hydrogen in the free music software thread, and I've been using it ever since. It blows hammerhead away IMO and is also free.

Yeah Hydrogen is great. I just wish it had more presets and demos. It may take some time to get the hang of it if you're not used to programming a drum machine. But great program anyway. Hammerhead is more like a metronome..

Thanks. I just like to be sure that the software is safe before I load it. I don't really trust "free" stuff that much. Especially internet stuff.
