Oooo weee GHS Precision Flats. Thumpity Thump Thump

Please tell me about your light gauge set! I just ordered the 45-95 set for a bass I tune to E. I have the regular gauge on my Eb Basses and thought I might try the lights on my E bass.

i like the custom gauge set (i was using it before they offered it, i had mine from juststrings.com from single strings i ordered). .45 .60 .80 .105 the tensions are all within 4 lbs of each other, wheras the regular .45 65 85 105 is like within an 8 pound swing. same with my custom set of light strings, closer to 3 lbs within each other.

i like balanced tension, i used TI jazz flats for a long time and got used to it.
