Does Nirvana even exist as a legal entity anymore? I guess their residuals must be going somewhere. But his parents were his legal guardians at the time, so why isn't he suing them? They could have said no.

They were opportunistic and using their baby as a money making prop, all the while putting in in grave danger making it swim underwater for god knows how long until they could take that photo (babies shouldn't do that!) all while baiting it with a dollar, which is clearly a very bad way to teach your baby about capitalism.
"Opportunistic Litigation" - nope, that would not be a good band name.

I can just imagine the lawsuits waiting to happen with the generation whose parents have been busily posting photos of their children online for the world to see.
If he ever got laid by bragging that he was “that guy”, he has no case.

theres always an angle to be worked, a buck to be made by someone. Business must be slow, why not invent stuff to litigate. 
whenever someone posts a picture of someone whom they have to know is not a household face or name: well, surely it’s Bruce Springsteen’s God-Daughter’s best friend’s step-cousin’s drinking buddy’s boss’s son’s soccer teammate’s uncle’s maid’s niece’s kindergarten teacher.
I’ll give you a clue…she’s about 62 now, but she graced the cover(in some locations)of an anticipated release in 1969 that turned out to be something of a disappointment.

Probably the first controversial album cover involving a child/young person. But done ‘artistically’. Apparently she has no problem with it.
