Opportunistic litigation

His art isn’t bad.

I don’t feel that bad for him that, like 999 out of 1000 people who are good at painting women’s faces, he has to get a normal job to pay the bills.

I do feel bad that he apparently has enablers discouraging him from just getting a job at FedEx or doing construction or whatever.

Obviously the only people who bought it were pedos who thought that the picture was overtly sexual and loved that and nothing else about the album.”

Apparently Nirvana LLC still exists and manages distribution of the royalties after Grohl and Novoselic's shares are taken out. Sounds like a hot mess and I guess the baby is after a slice of that pie.

OK, I don't know a whole lot about law and how this stuff works... but it just occurred to me.

He's asking $150,000 from each of the people he's looking to sue. If that were done individually, it would cost each person more than that to be legally represented. Seems, given the financial status of most of the defendants it would seem much easier to just settle out of court and be done with it all. Part of the plan?

This guy doesn't stand a chance in the court of public opinion. Nor does his lawyer, who looks like she wasn't even born yet when the album came out. They learn fast these kids today :) ....

The kid just found a new way to make money, no one must be wanting those anniversary photos anymore. Stupid all around.

He didnt know he was a victim till someone told him I'm guessing, he must be what ? like 30 now ?. If his parents were paid for that photo shoot and cashed the check its a mute point.

Does anyone know the exact origin of that photo ? is it photo shopped or done specifically for the album cover ?
