Personally, lawsuits like this have always given me a distaste for attorneys. Just sayin.

I am an attorney and this lawsuit makes me sick.
That kid's been happy to pose for anniversary shots several times, and I'm sure has made money on his 'fame'.
Hope this gets thrown out of court, and he, and whatever bloodsucker lawyer saw this as an easy cash-in, are hammered with costs.
I'm fully aware that most legal folks are decent honourable people, but sometimes...

Maybe you can hire an attorney and sue the guy who's suing Nirvana.

If we have enough of us “harmed” by this lawsuit on TB, we could initiate a class action against the lawyer and his client.

The lawyer is a real piece of work, he's claiming the presence of the dollar bill in the picture makes it "sexualised".

The technically not-incorrect word “minor” strangely has a different amount of gravity than the less inaccurate “infant” in the context of that article.
He took what could have been a really cool musical icon story to pass on for generations but instead will be forever remembered shamefully as "that guy".
Leave it to a lawyer to completely miss the symbolism of a baby chasing a dollar.

Lawyers are the most determinedly stupid educated people I have ever dealt with.
So this guy claims to have experienced “extreme and permanent emotional distress”? And so he decided to remind himself of this on a daily basis by having “Nevermind” tattooed on his chest? Permanent indeed.
