Lately I've been having a problem where an outside ad link will cause a page to hang/freeze in the middle of loading for anywhere from a minute to "forever" (i.e. I get tired of waiting and I go to a different website). The main culprit is betrad.com, theirs is the one that causes the worst hangs. After that, pixel.quantserve.com, Google analytics, and something like "admxt.com" (although that one I may not have written down right). I can live with the half-minute to a minute delay of the quantserve, google, and the admxt ones, but the betrad one is really a major pain in the butt, effectively rendering this site unusable at times. Please look into it. Thanks!

I've occasionally had this trouble lately but never noted what was holding it up. I usually press F5 to reload the page and it comes up ok.

I use Firefox and can turn off the flash player. This speeds up my pretty slow page loading speeds considerably and reduces CPU usage. My broadband is more like svelte-band some days. In fact some days it was better on dial-up.
