So long as you're not asking, "Which one should I buy?", which is a completely subjective question and a useless thread to start since no one will know how you play or what you like.
That said, welcome to the site.
My preference is a pedal they don't make anymore: Ibanez Bass Stack. It's like a Tube Screamer for bass. Other than that, I like the Sansamp Classic and the VT Bass.

+1, there are literally hundreds of overdrive preference threads!
As to what is the "best" bass overdrive: what does that even mean?
There are at least three such threads on page 1 right now. A search is unneccesary...

I digress as well, but it's just weird how the same question gets a new thread every single day....
Freak08, what are you looking for exactly in an OD? More detail as to the desired tone you are after will yield far better answers (and make for a more useful TB search)
ex. If you want a subtle overdrive, search "subtle overdrive" or "natural overdrive"....
If you want something more aggressive, try "aggressive OD", or something similar....
