I just picked up Mister Barrington 2 and will do another post after a few spins but, after hearing a bit of it I can kind of see why he left the Roots gig. If you have this music (Mr. B) goin on in your head, doin that gig would be kind of like playin Margaritaville. Of course I'm only guessing, I totally appreciate the Roots but it's a whole different thing. I welcome the day that the Mr B type stuff gains mass appeal and hope they come to my town.
