P bass Greasebucket

2018 AM performer Precision bass. Was looking at possibly removing the Greasebucket PCB from the tone pot, and installing a .047µF capacitor to get some more vintage tones. Anyone had experience with this?

IMO, that would be a great move. I had a Greasebucket in a P years ago, and hated it.
