Which should I go with, tort or black?

If it were a "regular" sunburst, I would say go with tort. But with the flame maple, tort, and burst combined it is just too busy for me. I would do black on that one.

It truly is a preferential thing, but for me, sunburst plus tort wins every time.

this! every sunburst is different, and for me it's always a battle between tort and black . . . you just have to see which looks better on each individual bass, but black wins this time!

I had an SX Ursa 1 that I put a black PG on it and I thought it looked teriffic.

Along with the maple board, I think this combo beats the tort by a mile.
