HI peeps,
Im having trouble getting clarity in my setup.
So pickups are bareknuckle, '58 split coil P and a '60 PE Jazz.
I also bought an Aguilar obp-3tk preamp to run them off of with 500k master volume and blend pot.
This sounded muddy, hard to get any treble or mids out of.
So yesterday i thought I'll take the preamp out and wire it in a Jazz formation VVT.
Same problem.
Any suggestions?
