I just left the club...shipping away my Fender P5 to Texas...:crying:...it WAS a great bass...thee most non offensive sounding fiver that was great in a band mix situation always...

...maybe I will throw a Squier P5 in the stable to ease the pain in the future...great basses for sure those Fender P5's...underrated in my view!
 
Selling my black/maple 2012 Am Std P5. Check out my listing for details.

I'm considering parting with my 2008 Am Std P5, too. In my case, I'm probably going to be looking to trade it for a post 2008 Am Std Jazz 5 with a rosewood fingerboard.

I like the P5, but I've got a Precision build in progress, and that's really going to fill my P-Bass needs. And a 5 string Jazz might fill my needs a little better right now.
