PA Loud Enough for Vocals?

Have only owned 1 PA and that was about 10 years ago...

Does anyone know if this PA would be loud enough for vocals at practice volume?
  • Carvin PA620 powered mixer (200 watts)
  • Carvin 1540 speakers (15", 400 watts)
We play living room funk with no horns right now. Drummer understands dynamics (only slams hard when needed). Guitarist has a 12" Vox combo amp. I use a 210. And keys come out of another 12" combo amp. Basically, the volume is as low as possible while still playing with a drummer. I would say the level is "moderate".

We just want to be able to hear the vocals cleanly through the PA. 3 people could potentially be singing at the same time if that makes a difference.
