Double Bass Palatino VE 500 and VE 550

Can anyone tell me what is the difference vetween the Palatino VE 500 and the Palatino VE 550? I am curious, but cant find the answer.

I was wondering the same thing myself. There doesn't seem to be any information on it out there. I can't see any difference in both models. As far as I can tell, the 550 is exactly the same as the 500 but costs a bit more.

Looking at advertisements for the VE-500 and VE-550, it looks like the VE-500 has black hardware and the VE-550 has chrome hardware. I'm not sure if the pictures are consistent with the model numbers.
