pretty much every pickup brand makes passives. since you haven't given us anything to go on, i'll recommend the dimarzio model j's, since i have them in my fretless and they sound amazing. also, try searching the forum and you will find many, many answers to your question.
I'll second Doc Labyrinth on the DiMarzio Model J's. I have a set in my fretted Jazz bass and they are truly awesome. They are a side-by-side dual coil humbucker and are dead quiet. Which is what I want in a single coil pick-up. And the tone is to die for as well as more gain without distortion. They are very reasonable price-wise as well. You can get them for about $109 bucks right now from Musician's Friend. They have a 45 day return policy. Highly recommended. )-(
There are many nice pickups out there but I'd recommend Villex pickups (either "Classic" or the new line). They are worth every penny both in terms of tone and versatility. The tone is full and balanced across the spectrum, the output is hot and the use of the mid-control along with the tone provides a sonic pallet not found anywhere else. And they totally passive
