I really noticed the axes in his room though. Almost certain that was a white, Yamaha 5er bass in that same scene in Juno.

I saw Role Models for the first time last week. Funny stuff. That little boy is the devil...and the Laire LOTR/D&D stuff was killing me.

I don't think Rudd plays bass for real, but his enthusiasm is hilarious.

Yeah, I noticed that people are playing bass instead of guitar (like every main character of every movie) in recent movies.

Does anyone know where this 'slapping da bass' term comes from? I just listened to Chic - Burn Hard. Where a huge part of the lyrics is 'slap da bass!'.
