Peavey 6X12 Bass Cab

I've never heard of a Peavey 6X12, but I'd love to learn more or see a pic if you decide to check it out.
A word of warning, I've seen many vintage Peavey cabs advertised as bass cabs that are really guitar cabinets (4 X 10s and 6 X 10s mostly) so be sure you know what you're looking at before you plunk down the cabbage.

Is this a new cab that has just come out?
I have never seen a 6-12 w/horn,I bet it would be close to the size of a 8-10, It would be a neat cab Please post pic's of it,We all would like to see it or better yet hear it.

One of my old drummers had one with a Mark IV head. From memory, the cab was 2.6 ohms, and the rig was amazingly loud. He sold it for peanuts to fund his addiction.

The first cab I ever played through. That cab plus some Peavey head and bass that was owned by the school band. Played "Africa" by Toto through it in a 6th grade band concert. Really didn't know much about it at the time but years later I saw the cab in the back of the high school band room and checked it over and saw the 6x12" and the rectangular horn at the top...I've been looking for one ever since...

i actually have a peavy 6x12 with the horn just got it recently and its my baby i use it with a gk backline 600 and it sounds better than any other amp ive played so far although one of the speakers is torn you cant even tell it doesnt effect the sound
If the cab is < 4 ohms, you stand a good chance of letting the Magic Smoke out of that head.
