can anyone tell me some eq settings for my Peavey max 110. I know I should and youll probably tell us just to experiment with it but hey.

It's a bedroom amp, so I set it like one:
Voicing switch on Modern
Low and High all the way up. Mids almost all the way down.
Set the Gain to taste.
It has a built-in limiter, so you can crank it wide open. You'll just start to hear the compressor pumping.
