Peavey Mk VI, still a good deal?

So, I am thinking about buying this Peavey Mk VI and 1520 Cabinet but the 15” needs to be replaced. The guy is asking $150 and I figure I could put a Blue Marvel 15” speaker in there for $80.00 bringing the total cost to $230.00 and my time. I am thinking this would be the last bass amp that I would ever need considering the 400W head and the speaker set up (good enough for home, jams and practice).

Has anyone used this set-up? What did you think of it?

I havent played through a mrk VI but i do play through Mrk series old peavey heads and they sound great and are built like a tank, for the price Id jump on the deal. the last time ive seen mrk VI heads alone were selling for $150-300.
