Peavey pro 12??

Hello, Im looking for a 12'' speaker for a 1x12 cab and I found this peavey pro 12:

I know it's not a bass guitar speaker, but the specifications are pretty much the same to BG speakers and where I live I hav very few options.
What difference will be between this speaker and a bass guitar speaker??

Main problem is that the Xmax is a little low making it's low freq power handling limited. Le is a little high for full range with a -3 at 1400 when I graph it out. I've been compairing the Neo version with the Eminence BassLite 2012, which looks like a much better driver, but I'll let the experts chime in.

+1. That driver is a PA midbass, with 2.5mm xmax it will be limited to only 40 watts or so before farting out in the low end.

It's not a good bass speaker.
