Peavey T-Max wiring

I picked up a well used Peavey T-Max from Craigslist today. There wasn't much of a description and when I asked the guy some more questions it turned out that the plug had been cut off and the top was open. Confused and curious I went and looked at it anyway. I'm not sure what they were doing but a lot of the wires had been unconnected and almost all the screws holding down the boards are gone. It's like they were scavenging screws from it. He said it worked when they got it about a year ago but it had been sitting in their warehouse ever since. I told him I was going to pass and he said I could have it for $20. So I took it. I probably just wasted $20 bucks but I'm curious if it's salvageable.

I stopped and got screws to replace the missing ones but now I need to figure out where to reconnect the wires. I posted a pic of what I'm talking about. Does anyone have a schematic? Anyone willing to take a picture of the inside of their T-Max? Better yet how about both? I did a quick google search and didn't find anything but I'll keep looking. A closeup of the small board and an overall pic would be great.
Thank you!

not to be negative...but.

maybe you have thought the same.

the amp might have been torn apart for another reason.
like a possible previous failure.

then again i have seen things torn apart by curious minds and then never put back together
either way looks like a standard peavey output section and then a somewhat elaborate pre.

should be fun amp when working

Yeah, I fully expect it to not work once I put it together but it'll be fun to try. Who knows maybe it will work.

lol maybe

then again from the pictures i couldnt tell how far apart it was.
it actually looks like a simple few wires away
the main transformer needed to be hooked up to the board and it should be ready to go.

otherwise if it doesnt work. i wouldnt be too upset and some basic trouble shooting could find the problem and youll have a 20 dollar bass amp.

assuming if it doesnt work. most likely as a pure guess. some of the output transistors are toasted.
and a quick diode / ohms meter check on the power transistors will find which ones.

could be many other simple things like a bad input jack or just typical effect loop jacks. and the previous owner instead of doing simple trouble shooting. tore the whole thing apart trying to get no where quickly.

or as said, someone might have just torn apart a good working amp for no reason. other than curiosity or possible drug use...LOL

For a qualified tech it wouldn't have been a problem to repair right in the first place, but now it's probably not worth the effort.
