I have just recently made the switch from guitar to bass for a new band I am starting since my old ban broke up. I will definitely have a lot of questions in this sub forum and in others (basses, amps, etc)

But for here, I have a Boss TU-3 tuner, Fulldrive Fulldrive pedal, BBE green screamer, a 6 band MXR eq, and a MXR noise gate. Could i run my bass through all this without anything "weird" happening other than distorted bass if one or the other distortions are on?

You will not do any damage if that's what you mean. Most guitar overdrives cut out a lot of the low frequencies when engaged though so it could be worth investigating an additional pedal with the ability to blend two signals together (such as a Boss LS-2 or a Whammy Blender)

I'm a fan of guitar overdrive pedals on bass in general, I've found it easier to come close to a nice valve driven sound on a budget using guitar pedals.

They will all work fine. You may or may not like the sound, depending on the tone you're shooting for, though. You may find the noise gate unnecessary. I think the Fulldrive is known for cutting a lot of low end (even the bass version does, from what I understand). The Green Screamer definitely cuts lows, but I think it sounds cool, and it's a VERY easy pedal to mod if you want to, and can get tremendous bass if you do. The MXR can compensate somewhat for loss of lows, but can't really 'replace' frequencies once they're cut.

Just some thoughts...

I used to own a Fulltone Bassdrive (you know, the grit pedal "made for bass") and wound up selling it almost as soon as I got it because it sucked away so much low end. Guitar OD pedals are notorious for that so if the Bassdrive sucks away that much low end I can only imagine how much the Fulldrive will take away. If I were you I'd skim the classifieds and pick up a Bad Monkey for a cheap solution to your OD needs.
