A recreation of a great classic phaser!
oh no, I've had this bookmarked for eons and now you're demoing it? Historically, I spend money on pedals you showcase, and I don't really need another phaser, but now I want it all over again.

A recreation of a great classic phaser!
Oh man, I just discovered this thread and I got to say thank you. Now I just got to figure out when I can kill an afternoon listening to all these cool vids. peace.Hey there fellow Talkbassers. For a long time now, I've been asked by a lot of folks to do some demos/reviews of my pedal setup. I've finally started!
3 Leaf Audio Chromatron!
This is the first filter of Spencer's that I've tried, so I can't make that comparison unfortunately.Great demo! The pedal looks a bit like a repackaged/updated Wonderlove - have you tried both and can compare them?
If there is one; which filter would be your only filter if you were limited to just one?It is very warm. I don't think it is the 'sweetest' or smoothest filter ever, and it is a bit limited in controls. But it does sound very nice. For me it wouldn't be my only filter, but will all the other features it is a pretty rad pedal.
Moog MF-101If there is one; which filter would be your only filter if you were limited to just one?![]()
I've been waiting for this pedal for a LONG time!
The Timeline has WAY more delay options (crystals, reverse, 'analog', etc), but if you are looking for authentic tape/drum delay replicas the Volante is the way to go!Assuming you've used both, what's the elevator pitch for the Volante vs Timeline?
