Pedal Demos!

Wow...that one wasn't on my radar either. Looks kinda tasty. Sounds amazing on guitar...couldn't find a bass demo that made me feel it in the wallet like protonlenny's do.
That’s what worries me about that pedal if he does a demo...I’ll end up needing it. His demo’s have cost me a lot of money.

Daaaang. 52 minutes! Tonight I’ll have to get some snacks and sit down with this.
Yeah, I got a little carried away. Haha. I was originally going to just play through a bunch of presets, but I decided to try to dig into the editor as much as I could in one video. My goal was to focus less on demoing a bunch of sounds because there are so many great demos already at this point (including yours!), and rather try to focus on what's under the hood.

And I thank you for it... kind of frustrating when you have massive synth pedals like c4 or the boss sy1 and people just do 2 minute demos of sounds that doesn’t even start to get into the depth of the pedals... so thank you !

have you ever tried recreating some similar synth sounds on the h9? I keep trying to use one h9 that way sometimes lol

Didn’t realise the c4 had tremolo, distortion and fm in it also dang!:woot:

Dude, the C4 is THE synth pedal that beats all other synth pedals out there today. As long as you're willing to work with an Editor and dig in deep, IMO, it's the synth pedal to beat nowadays. It's got just about everything and anything you could want or need in a synth pedal. It's pretty awesome.

The sound is there, but I cannot help but the feel ain’t right at times. So I keep hooking up my micro brute or volca bass to compensate at times. Then h9 or hx stomp can do some synth sounds. But might end up with the c4 in the end, too cool haha

I have a pair of H9 maxes and a C4. The C4 is complex pedal to program...however it's way simpler than the H9's Synth Algors. I find the Neuro app for the C4 fairly straight forwards...just a lot of knobs to twiddle. However....the H9's Hotsaws interface is a complete enigma. As with all synths...it's often vastly improved with a bit of modulation after.

Yep, you can get some good sounds out of hotsawz and pitchfuzz with some reverb, mod or delay after. That’s how I also have been doing.
