Pedal modification services - does something like this exist?

Hey pedal experts, I am a double bass player is fairly new to the world of effects. My primary affected sound has been an analog octave pedal (Aguilar Octamizer) with some gated fuzz after (currently using a Dr. Scientist Frazz Dazzler.) I like how the Frazz sounds, but I chose it primarily because it has an expression-controllable dry-wet sweep I’ve been using to get some wobbly dubstep/EDM sounds to great effect IMO. This has gotten me thinking about how great it would be for other effects I have / want to try to employ a similar function. For example, I’d love to have a Fredrick Designs BugCrusher with a similar expression-controlled dry-wet, or a Meatbox with a sweepable SUB boost, or even having an expression control for the low pass filter knob on my Octamizer.

I’m not knowledgeable about electronics but I do have Google. From what I have read adding an expression pot and Jack to an analog knob on an analog pedal isn’t impossible, although some pedals would require rehousing. Am I correct in this understanding? And if so does anyone know a builder or repair shop who would be willing and able to do such a job? Or would anyone who is handy in these matters like some paying work doing these mods? If anyone could give a simple primitive DB guy some knowledge it would be greatly appreciated!

For wet/dry blending with an expression pedal, you can use this: Minimal Series Mosquito Blender Expressio with BJF Buffer (OC-M-MBEXP)

To convert a single knob on a pedal to expression control, you'd need someone that really knows what they're doing to rehouse the pedal with the necessary additions to make it work. And, even then, I doubt it would be possible with any function on any pedal. Probably a very case-by-case kind of thing.

I figured that this might be the case. The OneControl pedal, however, may be the solution I've been looking for for the bugcrusher! Thank you for your help.
